Former Chelsea and current Tottenham manager, Jose Mourinho says during his press conference this after that he has no space to think about his former clubs. Mourinho's Tottenham are set to face Chelsea, who are managed by his former player, Frank Lampard but Mourinho told the media this afternoon that he has no time for emotions.
'Yes, of course. I can, maybe others cannot. I can. For me, it's a game. I am 100% Tottenham, 100% my club always, all my career. No space at all for my previous clubs.' Mourinho said.
'I gave everything to all of them, my previously. Everything. I kept nothing from them. I gave everything but they are my previous clubs. I give everything to my club - my club is Tottenham. For me, it's so easy for me to play that game. Difficult because of Chelsea's quality but not difficult from an emotional point of view. Not difficult at all. Easy.
'I played against Porto, I played against Chelsea. I don't know. I'm not a stats man. But it's so easy for me to say the obvious. I said the same when we played Manchester United. Before the game it's great to see people you consider friends, after the same feeling is good. But during the game there's not one second to think about it or one inch of doubts.
I'm Tottenham 100 percent. The same way I gave everything to make Chelsea supporters smile and be happy, that's the same desire I have for Tottenham fans, to make them smile and be happy. I want to try on Sunday, together with my boys and with the help of an amazing stadium.' He concluded
Frank Lampard's Derby County beat Jose Mourinho's Manchester United in the Carabao Cup last season.
