It's an undisputed fact that Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga is having a poor season considering the standard he set for himself last year.

His consistent poor form led to losing his number one position to Willy Caballero against Leicester City before the winter break.

Having stayed on the bench for the entire duration of the game and had a good holiday to reflect and recharge his batteries, Chelsea fans believe that he should be recalled to the starting line-up against Manchester United at Stamford Bridge.

In a poll on thebluestands.com twitter account, fans aired their views and voted massively in favour of Kepa's return.

Lampard confirmed during his press conference that he has made a decision on who will start in goal against Manchester United on Monday.

“I have decided, you will find out, " Lampard told the media.
“I wasn’t looking for that necessarily. I spoke around the Leicester game that I had to pick the team on form in every position. It was just a selection on that day. I know goalkeepers is a little different to everyone else. But I want everyone’s reaction to be spot on and he came out of the team. I know how that feels and what it would have meant to him. Every player has it, maybe Messi or Ronaldo don’t have it.
“I had it in my career many a time, but it is part and parcel of being a footballer. You have to show character in those little moments."

Kepa looks the favourite to start in goal against United but whoever starts should be on his toes for ninety minutes.
